Services
- Social Services Program: includes case management, referral services, and counseling. Clothing vouchers are provided through this program – the first voucher is free
Requirements:
- Monday -Thursday from 1pm to 4pm to obtain a voucher
- 1st voucher is free, every additional voucher after the first voucher is $1.
- Eligible for a new voucher every 60 days
- To redeem voucher: Visit the Clothesline (1817 Franklin Avenue, Waco TX) on Tuesday-Thursday 8:00am-10:00am, enter at the backside of the building painted green

Caritas
Services
- Clothing vouchers NOT offered at the moment.
Requirements:
- To receive services, please bring a photo ID, proof of current address, any information on every household member (if the household member is over 18, you need to bring a picture identification card as well) to our office located at the address below.
- You will be given a number to see an interviewer who will then explain our services.
- In the interview you will be registered with the system and given a Caritas ID card.
- Hours: 8:00am-4:00pm Monday-Friday
