Client Care
Our client care program is growing and there many opportunities to serve! Each month we provide assistance to around thirty families! There are many ways to serve our community members through client care. You could serve as a greeter, serve at the client care dest, or in follow-up care.
Greeters
Greeters welcome community members, tell them about program guidelines, and assist them in filling out applications.
Client Care Desk
Volunteers at the client care desk determine eligibility, provide assistance, pray with community members and keep a digital record of services provided.
Follow-up Care
As we develop our “Journey Together” program with the help of our social work intern, we hope to train volunteers from our churches to engage community members in encouraging and empowering conversations to set and work toward goals for future self-sufficiency.
