Emergency Assistance

We understand that there are times in life when emergencies happen or an unexpected expense emerges. Our case managers meet with clients every Tuesday to discuss these situations, make a plan, and support you through the process.
Case Management

Our goal at TCM is to help individuals take the overwhelming aspects of life and break them down into bite-sized pieces. Do you need help with finding affordable housing, forming healthy relationships, applying to jobs, or something else? Contact us for more info.
Community Matters

At TCM, we believe we are called to love our neighbor. Part of this is through supporting our community at large. We strive to stay connected through hosting wellness events, partnering with our local schools, and much more.

Volunteer

Our client care program is growing and there many opportunities to serve. Each month we provide assistance to around thirty-five families!
Host a Food Drive

We have had an increase in clients who need help with food or other basic items like toiletries. You can either donate directly to our food pantry, or host a a food/hygiene drive at your church or a local office. We have an amazon wish list you can order from, or use our food drive page to see what is in each bag we offer.
