Tri-Cities Ministries ("TCM," "we," "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through our website, how we use it, and the choices you have.

- Reserve a seat at an event

Information collected automatically
Like most websites, our hosting provider keeps standard technical logs, such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages you visit. These logs help keep the site secure and working properly. Our site also loads fonts from Google, which receives your IP address when the page loads. We don't use advertising cookies or tracking tools.
Help and case management
If you come to us for assistance, the information you share with our case managers is confidential. That information is collected in person, not through this website. We never share it unless we've discussed it with you and you've signed off, and then only on your behalf.
How we use your information
We use your information to respond to you, coordinate volunteers, send updates you've asked for, process and acknowledge donations, and manage event reservations.
How we share your information
We never sell, rent, or give away your personal information. We share it only with trusted service providers who help us run our ministry, such as our donation platform, email service, and form provider, and only as needed to provide those services. We may also share information if required by law.
Donations
Donations are processed by a secure third-party platform. TCM does not receive or store your full card number. That platform's own privacy policy also applies to your payment information.
Other websites
Our site links to outside websites, such as Google Forms, our Amazon Wishlist, Google Maps, Facebook, our partner churches, and our sponsors. Those sites have their own privacy policies, and we aren't responsible for their practices.
Children's privacy
Our website isn't directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect personal information from them.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe from our emails at any time using the link in any email. To ask us to update or delete your information, contact us using the details below.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we'll post the new version on this page with an updated effective date.
